We offer free standard UK deliver if your order value is £70 or over and usually takes 3 to 10 days, otherwise shipping is via Royal Mail using the signed for service and is £2.95 and usually takes 3 to 10 days.
International orders are free if your order value is £100.00 or over otherwise it is £6.95 as standard and takes 7 to 28 days, all international returns are paid for by the customer unless faulty or damaged.
Our daily dispatch cut off time for orders is 3.00pm GMT - Orders placed after this time will be processed the next working day.
During sale periods and other busy times we ask that you allow up to five working days once your order has been accepted for it to be dispatched, in most cases it will be dispatched sooner.
Delivery will be attempted between the hours of 8:00am to 6:00pm, Monday to Saturday. Please note that we are unable to offer a specified delivery time or attempt delivery on Sunday's or on Bank Holidays.
Please be aware that we are occasionally required to make additional checks on your payment or address details and this may delay your order.
Our deliveries are made via Royal Mail, and will require a signature upon delivery. We are unable to give instructions such as 'leave with neighbour' or 'leave in garage.' After any unsuccessful delivery they will leave a card advising of the consignment number, time of attempted delivery and a contact number for the nearest courier depot.
They will then hold the goods at this depot for five working days to allow you to collect the order. Should their be no attempt by you to collect the order, it will be returned to the Wolfe & Hunter web sales centre, if Customer Services then receive no contact from you regarding this order within a further five days, the payment will be refunded minus any delivery charge and the return delivery charge.
We regret that we are unable to send to P.O. Box addresses.
When entering your shipping address, if your country does not appear in the pull down selection menu, this means we do not currently ship to your region.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or you require an exchange in size/colour, simply contact us at email@example.com and we will issue you with a returns number and returns address, you should then use the reusable postage bag we sent the goods to you in, all goods must have their original tags and packaging and be returned within 7 days of receipt.
Sale or discounted items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of items where it is apparent that the product has been washed or worn repeatedly, has not been properly looked after or has strong smells such as cigarette smoke or cooking smells, this also applies to all packaging and tags.
Please supply clear documentation stating whether you require an exchange or refund. If you do not supply any instructions, your order will be refunded by default.
Please allow up to five working days from receipt of a return for the replacement goods to be despatched/refund to be processed. At busy periods, especially after Christmas, the volume of returns increases greatly and will take longer to process - please keep this in mind when returning goods
Please note that if we do not have the available stock for the requested exchange a refund will automatically be processed and a confirmation sent to the account email address.
All refunds will be as per the original method of payment.
Please allow up to 10 working days for a refund to reflect on your account. This time frame is dictated by and dependent upon your card provider.
Regrettably, on rare occasions mistakes with orders can occur. If the items you have received are not as ordered, or you have an item(s) missing, please contact Customer Services and quote your order number for advice on how to proceed. We ask that any discrepancies be reported to us within five days of receipt.
If you are returning an item to us to be exchanged or refunded, you are responsible for the return postage costs. If you have received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, we will of course refund the return postage costs - this will be done in the form of a card refund or store credit, or a combination of both.
It is imperative that you quote your returns number provided by us in all correspondence.
We recommend that you return items using a Royal Mail Registered signed for service with compensation cover AND obtain a certificate of posting for your records, as we cannot be held responsible for items that are lost in the post when being returned to us.
